***DOMESTIC NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING POLICY***

ORDER & SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are processed & packed within 1-2 business days (typically same day or next business day).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Please allow an extra day or custom orders. 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES: (New Zealand)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We use flat rate pricing with no limit to weight or quantity:

$6.95 - Tracked Courier Nationwide URBAN Address (1-3 days delivery) - Non Sig
$11.95 - Tracked Courier Nationwide RURAL Address (1-3 days delivery) - Non Sig

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
We use flat rate pricing with no limit to weight or quantity:

$17.95 (AUD) - Tracked Air Mail - Anywhere in Australia (Approx 10 - 15 working days delivery) 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES: (Rest of world)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
We use flat rate pricing with no limit to weight or quantity:

$35.00 - Tracked Air Mail - Anywhere in the world (Approx 10 - 15 days working delivery), please note, on the rare occasion there maybe countries we cannot deliver to or there could be an extra charge, if this is the case we will be in touch to discuss options.

These packages are non signature required. If you require signature please get in contact with us at amberjnewzealand@gmail.com - Additional charges apply for signature packages.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed, containing your tracking details. 

DAMAGES OR LOST IN TRANSIT:
In the unlikely event your order is lost in transit, a full refund or replacement will be offered.
If your order arrives with any damages, please contact us without delay and save all packaging materials and damaged goods. We may need to open an investigation with our courier provider in order to issue a refund or replacement. This could include having the damaged goods collected and inspected.
