Refund policy

Warranty
Our return to base warranty lasts 30 days from the time of purchase and covers all of our products. If you discover a fault with your purchase or your purchases breaks within this time frame, please contact us immediately and we will repair, replace or refund your purchase. Please keep the faulty product as you will need to send it into us before we can refund, repair, or replace the item. Please note, you will need to cover the cost of postage & the warranty will only cover two repairs before its null invoid.

Exchanges
Change of mind exchanges will be made at our discretion due to stocking "made to order products" and having a quick turn around of repurchasing sold stock. Please ensure you are happy with the style and size of your purchase before making an order. 

Please make sure you are happy with the photos of the product and the listing description - we do our best to describe and showcase each product and the sale is based off these photos & descriptions.
